It comes with a soft case, and 2 mouthpieces, a Bach 10-1/2C and 5C. This is a beautiful instrument, and has a unique sound only found in these models. the front valve slide is stuck, but I haven't tried much more than gently pulling on it. more it does have some issues, there are dents in the tubing, and on the bell, it has a lot of corrosion on the lead pipe, and a ton of scratches and scuffs everywhere, all over.
